Frontend developer (offline)

Project is a Swiss single-family office that owns a large private equity firm, with ca. EUR 800 million of assets under management from large pension funds, insurance companies and endowments including Versicherungskammer Bayern, Railways Pensions, Columbia University, Ford Foundation, etc. Their company is regulated by the financial regulator in Switzerland, Luxembourg and the USA. In our view, the Internet has become an oligopolistic Disneyland with little innovation, and the central banks have corrupted money - the operating system of society. We think blockchain could be the answer. Hence, the company founded a digital asset investment firm, and we believe that our work can bring this better future just a bit earlier. Fully funded by own money, we are developing three digital arms: DeFi Investments, Crypto Venture Capital and DeFi Research.

We are looking to hire a front-end developer for our DeFi Investments arm.

We are building an engine that connects to APIs of various DeFi protocols and centralized crypto exchanges, collects information on daily/hourly basis, analyzes risks and profitability of various delta neutral strategies including staking, yield farming and arbitrage strategies, and executes trades automatically.

You, the candidate, will be joining a team of passionate computer scientists, developers and researchers creating DeFi investment strategies for the long term. Some of us are from traditional finance, some crypto native, some have built a large financial services company from scratch before. We are big on substance over form, we speak geek, we work hard and we love what we do. You are enthusiastic, hardworking and can imagine being a long-term part of our core team. It will be vital that you are an independent worker with remote-work experience, who can bring original ideas to the table.

You are a mid to senior front-end developer with a proven project track record. You are proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML & CSS, and TypeScript. Experience with Highcharts library is a plus. You have strong communication skills in English (min. upper advanced level, ideally proficient).
