International Marketing Manager (B2B) Offline

Founded in 2007 and due to strong ambitions and realized growth, Ektos today represents a unique business model offering customers a wide span of products and services within 3 business areas: Electronic development, testing, and manufacturing. EKTOS is working internationally with a focus on markets in Scandinavia, where the company is founded but has its largest operations in Ukraine (Kharkiv and Ivano-Frankivsk) where our development center and manufacturing plant is situated.

 

After the start of the war, our development center with +50 employees relocated from Kharkiv to Ivano-Frankivskin. And our new head of marketing will mainly work from this location. To be part of our company culture and take advantage of the market knowledge rooted in the development business area management placed in Ukraine. The sales management is situated in Denmark and you will work in close contact with the Danish sales team.

 

Head of Marketing (B2B)

 

As responsible for marketing at Ektos you will be a key person in realizing the ambitious growth plans in a well-driven, innovative, and technology-oriented company. You will be planning and realization of the marketing strategy towards 2025 and hands-on realizing the ongoing and already planned activities in '22.

 

Your key responsibilities:

 

Build our overall marketing presence and company branding

Take ownership for the marketing plan for '22 and onwards, further concretize all activities, necessary resources, timing, budget, and KPI’s

Continue our focus on inbound and outbound lead generation using internal and external resources

Optimize our online marketing activities via the web (SEO/SEM), e-mail newsletter/campaigns, social media, and advertising

Streamline all sales material online and offline (case stories, fact sheets, presentations, etc.)

Spearhead market and segment analyses to drive future sales & marketing campaigns

Work with our CRM to facilitate high data quality about customers/leads and transform those into concrete sales & marketing-activities

Ensure a close dialog and coordination with sales on activities and realization of goals and KPI’s defined for sales & marketing

 

What you offer:

 

You have a minimum of +5 years of experience with (international) marketing

Proven skills in inbound marketing, customer and lead segmentation/qualification, product marketing, value proposition, etc.

A good track record of managing digital channels including lead generation and website-optimization

Operational and hands-on experience working across marketing channels like social media, paid advertising, PR, webinars, events, etc.

Collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality sales material and compelling content across channels

Skilled users of CMS and CRM systems supporting your daily work sending out newsletter/campaigns, hosting segments and leads for further qualification by marketing and/or sales, etc.

A person who not only speaks but also does, сompliant with time management and deadlines

Strong analytical skills & data-driven mindset to evaluate performance and make adequate operational decisions driven by commercial KPIs

You embrace an open and honest communication style, challenge ideas, and demonstrate a collaborative working style

Fluency in English is a must!
