Project Manager Offline

Key responsibilities:

- Project management using Scrum/ Kanban

- People Management

- Acquiring teams: interviewing new team members

- Communication with the Product Owner and stakeholders

- Gathering product requirements along with the BA

- Planning and coordination, prioritization

- Managing software development process on the project

- Managing changes in project scope and schedule

- Measurement of project team performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Reporting and escalating to management as needed

- Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Performing risk management to minimize project risks

- Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation

- Delivering projects on time within budget and scope

Qualifications and experience:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced/fluent English level

- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

- Experience in managing a team of technical specialists

- Experience in managing distributed teams of 20+ people

- Experience in managing 3+ projects

- Profound knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools

- Strong risk management skills

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Experience with different technical projects, including mobile and apps
