Team Lead QA Offline

Responsibilities:

- Manual testing games and game-related features (UI, UX, Functional,Exploratory, Regression, Cross-browser, Cross-device);

- Requirements analysis;

- Test planning and effort estimation;

- Writing, executing & maintaining test cases;

- Bug and defect handling, analyzing deviations between the defined and the actual functional behavior and reporting bugs;

- Root cause analysis;

- Ensuring requirements are met;

- Participate in team activities and game feature design;

- Be involved in improvements in the company’s current processes to make them more efficient.;

- Manage the activities of the QA team members;

- Conduct training and evaluation of employees;

- Provide support during recruitment and adaptation;

- Participate in testing processes and constantly improve them.

We are looking for those, who has:

- 3+ years of experience in functional testing;

- 1+ years of team leader or people management experience;

- Interest in an automation test.

- Testing experience throughout the project lifecycle;

- Good testing theory knowledge and understanding;

- Experience with test management tools;

- Expertise in web or mobile development technologies;

- REST API testing experience;

- English (Intermediate+).
