Market Research Specialist Offline

What You’ll Do:

· Research and build out target accounts globally, identifying every manufacturing facility location using a variety of online tools and web research

· Identify and build out contact data that match Ease’s target personas for these manufacturing locations, ensuring all data is as accurate as possible - including emails, phone numbers, job titles, physical location details - and matches Ease’s data standards

· Work collaboratively with the Business Development (BDR) team and demand gen team to understand the target accounts and current sales engagement status

· Provide data to the BDR team for prospecting and review feedback as required

· Document and refine research processes to ensure a consistent and constantly improving research methodology so we get better over time

· Be an expert on the research process and the data platforms you use

· Help maintain data accuracy within Salesforce for leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities for prospects and customers

· Additional sales/marketing support as required

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business or communications

· Fluent English speaker. Beneficial to have a second European language such as French, German, Italian or Spanish

· Proficient using Excel and the ability to navigate and manipulate data

· You pay attention to detail and love problem solving

· Well-organized and can juggle multiple work streams at once and consistently produce results on time

· Helpful software experience: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lead IQ, Salesforce or equivalent marketing automation and CRM tools, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Wrike or other project management tools

· Enjoy learning new technology
