Program manager

The program includes multiple teams (Kiev, Tampa and New York) working on different parts of Reference Data domain.
Responsibilities:
 Clients relationship
 People management
 Projects portfolio management including risks and dependencies management, tracking of project execution etc.
 P&L
 Ensure development process and established engineering excellence practices are followed by all team members;
 Perform day-to-day people management activities in a distributed team with collaboration with company internal services;
 Proactively respond to project-related and technical risks;
 Manage stakeholders' expectations and ensure transparency of delivery processes;
 Handle project plans, monitor development progress and dependencies across the teams;
 Setup, coordinate and ensure execution of joint development across multiple teams, including activities related to integration with other applications;
 Release management - adoption to infrastructure changes and production releases planning;


Mandatory Skills Description:
Experience:
 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in IT project management of 30+ FTE projects;
 Experience working with Clients, negotiating conditions, etc
 Experience working in Outsource/Service Company as a PM or PgM at least 3 years
 Proven track record in complex geographically distributed projects;
 Excellent verbal, communication and consultancy skills;

 Team player;
Nice-to-Have Skills:
 Degree in Computer Science;
 Financial domain experience;
 Background in Java EE and Data Management applications development;

English: B2 Upper Intermediate
