Strong junior Business Analyst Offline

Requirements:

- Experience as an IT Business analyst for at least 1 year will be a plus.

- Experience using BPMN 2.0 notations - must have

- Experience with SQL (DML, DDL) will be a plus.

- Basic understanding of API operation (SOAP, JSON protocols).

- Experience using graphic editors for diagrams and flowcharts (MSVisio, Miro, Draw io, or others).

- Experience using task tracking systems (Jira, Clickup).

- Experience in collecting, systematizing and documenting client requirements.

- Knowledge and use of business analysis techniques, requirements management.

- Understanding of Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD) task artifacts will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Description of business processes, incl. graphics.

- Conducting interviews with participants in the process.

- Participation in the optimization of the business model and organizational structure of the company.

- Setting up processes in ClickUp, Forecast app, and other systems

- Organization of control and collection of metrics by processes
