Project Description:
Learning Management and Development is the corporate university which enables each member of the company to access various training services, such as trainer-led courses, upskilling programs, webinars, internship programs, self-learning libraries
Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions using existing Luxoft-developed materials for Luxoft employees on Soft skills and topics according to business needs.
• Conduct training sessions in a home location and other locations worldwide, for both Luxoft employees and external participants, onsite (in-class) and remotely.
• Conduct training sessions in English.
• Analyze and manage trainees' feedback.
• Manage training development process.
• New trainers' assessment and attestation
• Soft skills trainers team management.
Mandatory Skills Description:Conducting training courses, organization skills, training course design, communication skills, people management
Nice-to-Have Skills:Training needs analysis
