Project Manager

We are looking for a PM for a cryptocurrency project with experience in business process management!

Requirements:

• Work experience in a product company;
• Experience in a Fintech field of around 2 years;
• Experienced user of Jira and Confluence;
• Experience in the management of a team of more than 20 people;
• Experience in controlling business processes;
• Experience in managing several projects simultaneously;
• Experience in team management;
• Analytical skills, strategic thinking;
• Knowledge and understanding of the principles of work of all areas of marketing;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Responsibility and punctuality.

Responsibilities:

• Management of all teams in the project;
• Checking tasks;
• Setting deadlines;
• Monitoring the deadlines of the whole team;
• Understanding the tasks of each team member;
• Decomposition with all departments;
• Take part in strategy sessions;
• Providing meets for teams (Retro Sprint, One to One, C-Level);
• Change the settings in Jira based on the need of the project;
• Monitoring the work of outsourced/freelance specialists;
• Maintaining the motivational spirit of the team.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule 5/2 from 10-00 to 19-00;
• Remote work;
