International Corporate Lawyer (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Incorporation of companies, their administration, M&A and other corporate matters;
• Conducting research and analysis of the various corporate matters;
• Filling up the compliance documentation provided by the service provides;
• Preparing the legal documents and taking an active role in preparing legal memorandums in the business area of the Company;
• Negotiations with the foreign financial institutions (Banks and EMIs) as for the terms of cooperation and account opening;
• Filling up the applications and other forms for corporate and private accounts opening;
• Following up the news in International business law;
• Performing other legal tasks provided by the team leader.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree in Law of the leading Ukrainian university;
At least 2 year of relevant work experience;
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, Ukrainian and Russian;
Good interpersonal skills;
Adaptability to work in moving-fast environment;
Excellent presentation, communication, analytical and legal writing skills.
