Junior Project Manager at Ralabs Offline

The challenge
You will be offered to work with 2 to 4 projects simultaneously depending on their size, thus we expect you to have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
You can expect some direct communication with the clients straight away at the same time you will be a vital part of our cool internal and charity projects. Right now we are building the websites for teams from the UK and Hromadske who are doing amazing work to support Ukraine and Ukrainian defenders.
Imagine it as “learn as your go” approach with full support from the team, manager, and the company.
The team
There are 3 Project Managers at the company at this moment and we plan to hire 2 more during the summer. Expect lots of knowledge sharing, daily standups and some fun people to work together.
Requirements:
Work experience as a Project Manager 1+ year;
Experience in working with foreign customers (US, EU);
Extensive experience with budgeting and estimations;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Deep knowledge of Project management lifecycle and best practices;
Stakeholder management experience;
Risk management experience.
Knowledge of Scrum, Agile;
Understanding the mobile and web development lifecycles;
At least Upper-intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:
Identification and definition of project scope;
Stakeholder and Communication management within the project;
Business and requirements analysis;
Schedule, Scope, Budget, and Quality planning and control;
Team performance and motivation overview;
Deliver project requirements, expectations, and timelines.
