IT Project Manager with at least 1 year of working experience Offline

🧠 Skills:

- 1+ years of experience in software project management;

- have an understanding in managing of the fixed price and time-and-materials projects;

- knowledgeable of Agile methodology and frameworks, Scrum, Kanban, theory, rules, and practices;

- good spoken and written English (upper intermediate is strongly desired);

- excellent communication skills;

- knowledge of fundamentals of software development processes and procedures;

- good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement and increasing transparency.

💻 Responsibilities:

- leading and coordinating small/medium size teams;

- working with many projects at once;

- project planning and tasks prioritization;

- analyzing and validating estimates;

- creating and maintaining project documentation;

- managing client’s expectations, facilitating client’s communication;

- monitoring overall progress and use of resources;

- ensuring that the project is delivered on-time.
