Each partner has a strong need to grow and retain their customers, and as a cure for our partners’ pains, SoftConstruct launches a new project called Gamification Engine.

About the project and team:
CryptoExchange is not about project development, it's about the unique opportunity to build a cryptocurrency exchange almost from scratch. Trading engines on the edge of performance, accuracy and elegance; security systems on top of top-notch solutions; liquidity management in volume of some countries GDP. And you can become a part of the core team that reached that goal.

Technical Stack:
— React
— JavaScript
— TypeScript
— Redux, Thunk or similar
— Git

Must-haves:
— Strong level knowledge of React, JavaScript (5+ years);
— Strong computer science fundamentals of engineering;
— Strong level knowledge Redux, Thunk;
— Good understanding of Functional Programming;
— Good understanding TypeScript;
— Experience with running projects from Zero to Hero;
— Good knowledge of Git;
— Understanding of CI/CD;
— Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and considerations.

Nice to haves:
— Understanding principles of Domain Driven Design/ TDD;
— Understanding backend flow;
— Strong level knowledge Saga, MobX;
— Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in plain English;
— Passion for writing clean, modular, well-commented, readable, and reusable code.

Main responsibilities:
— Start product development as first team FE;
— Shape the vision of the best ever crypto exchange together with our crypto experts and stakeholders;
— Be proactive and responsible. Challenge technical decisions in order to achieve the best results;
— Offer technical improvements, provide a feedback;
— Be able to solve engineering problems independently;
— Mentor and review the code of the teammates.
