Unreal and Senior C++ developer (offline)

REQUIREMENTS SKILLS:
• Shipped at least one title on a similar position;
• 5+ years of experience in the industry;
• Experience in creating games targeting both PC and consoles;
• Knowledge of networking architectures and technologies;
• Strong communication skills (Polish and/or English).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Development, debugging and optimization of network systems and features;
• Analysis of network feature viability and risks;
• Reviewing designed solutions and submitted code to keep desired standards;
• Guiding and mentoring the team in software and game development.

WOULD BE A PLUS:
• Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 or other in-house 3D game engine;
• Experience in a leadership role within an interdisciplinary strike team or similar;
• Experience with implementing network AI, gameplay, animations or physics.
