The role includes both customer facing and tech facing elements, so it’s important to be able to combine both. You will be tasked with conducting first intro calls with clients and taking them through the onboarding process. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Legal Nodes Virtual Legal Officers and will learn how Legal Nodes platform functions.
Location & commitment: full-time remote position.
📍Responsibilities and duties
• Responsible for conducting intro calls with clients and telling them about Legal Nodes in English;
• Owning the sales funnel and have the knowledge of working with CRMs like Pipedrive;
• Manage the process of assigning clients to relevant Virtual Legal Officers;
• Manage onboarding process;
• Manage payments and be fluent in Excel.
• Fluent (native) English;
• Excellent communication;
• Project management skills;
• Proficient in working with client CRM systems and Excel;
• Readiness to learn how Legal Nodes platform works.
