Senior Node.js Engineer

Smart Tek Solutions&Services is a First Tek company, a leading IT service provider that serves Fortune 500 companies in the US. Our goal is to become a leading employer in Ukraine and now we are looking for a Senior Node.js Engineer to join our developing team.

Responsibilities
- Writing clean code for the back end of the software;
- Developing APIs and RESTful services;
- Testing and debugging software to keep it optimized;
- Working closely with the front-end and back-end teams to develop and integrate functionalities;
- Considering security, maintenance, scalability, and more when developing;

Main requirements
- Ability to overlap 4 hours with GMT +7 time zone;
- Experience with: Node.js, Typescript, Express, Jest, RabbitMQ, Postgres;
- Experience working with TypeScript and can deliver results immediately;
- Experience working with relational databases and designing DB schemes, preferably Postgresql;
- Experience packaging applications using Docker;
- Knowledge and/or experience working with of RESTful API.

Will be a plus
- Experience with Datadog;
- Experience with Splunk;
- Experience with Kubernetes.
