About the role

A Project Manager closely interacts with customers to answer questions or address concerns.

Which will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the solutions which best fit the individual needs of the client.

What you will be doing:

- delivering Fixed-Price and T&M projects;

- ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within the budget;

- defining the project schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring progress;

- communicating with clients from the US and CA, team, and leads on the daily basis;

- analyzing the business processes and client websites activities for improvements;

- suggestions marketing solutions for sales growth (upselling);

- tech maintenance management of launched projects;

- hiring new employees to the team (with recruiters);

Required Skills:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar position

- experience with Waterfall, Agile (Scrum\Kanban)

- knowledge of Trello, Asana, Jira, and ClickUp (familiarity with any of those)

- understanding of SDLC and Project life cycle

- a strong grasp of digital marketing

- Upper-intermediate English level
