- Ownership over UI kit/design system and brand book
- Still images and pack-sho

- Portfolio/case studies with 3+ projects in mobile UI and marketing materials design; links to Figma files are enough if you don't have case studies ready.
- Proven skills in managing design systems and high-fidelity prototyping using Figma.
- You have a perfect design process in mind and are ready to present it during your interview.
- Tolerance to highly iterative process: Share your drafts as early as possible, and be ready to start over and over again if desired result is not met.
- Self-management skills and the ability to start work before feature specifications and requirements are completed.
- Aspirations to create a best-in-class product to bring the next 100 million people to crypto.
- UX/product design experience is a great asset to have.
