Dialog flow is an arbitrary minimum for communication with the user.

Necessarily:

- "Start-Stop" button (to stop-resume tracking).

- The course notice must be updated on the spot.

- Creating tracking is based on two parameters: currency pair and update interval (how often to update the course).

- build and run via docker-compose.

Additionally:

Obtain parameters from the user via Telegram WebApp (Bot API 6.0).
