SalesForce Commerce Cloud FrontEnd developer

The Frontend Developer will be part of a high-performance feature driven development team responsible for building complex ecommerce
solutions. You must have a proven track record of solving various business and technical problems while taking responsibility for meeting business
objectives.

Responsibilities

Work with FE Lead and project leads in understanding business needs, defining technical issues, and proposing solutions
Analyze business and technical specifications/requirements and develop enterprise-level e-commerce solutions
Creates site layout/user interface from provided design concepts by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Deals with the placement and layout of web site pages given client provided content
Work with BE Team to ensure proper implementation of website’s functionality
Provide updates to effort estimates and status of assigned tasks & identify development related risks on assigned projects
Provide the best technical solutions for tasks utilizing the best practices and design patterns
Ensure a high-level of quality to both visual and technical in the interfaces
Coach and assist on daily basis Junior FE
Supporting other team members for front-end issues in the projects
Actively contribute to continuous improvements to development methodology and underlying processes
Participate in project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project issues

Required Skills

2+ year of frontend development
Expert level of hand-coding in CSS/SCSS/LESS, HTML (including HTML5, CSS3) and JavaScript
Experience with frontend grid/flex layouts
Experience with preprocessors (LESS, SCSS, etc.)
Working knowledge of JavaScript, and related libraries in cross-platform development
Experience with task runners (Grunt, Gulp, Webpack etc.)
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Zeplin/Invision/Figma
Base knowledge of accessibility, SEO and UX aspects of frontend development
Experience with client-side code performance optimization, debugging and debugging tools
Experience with responsive web design approach and / or mobile solutions
Common understanding of cross-browser/platform issues
Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated team player
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Pre-intermediate level of spoken and written English communication skills

Desired Skills

Personal portfolio of completed projects/products or link to GitHub/CodePen/JSFiddle/StackOverflow etc. account
Experience with CMS
Experience with remote teams or clients is a plus
Experience in developing multiple e-commerce solutions
Analytical and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as exemplified by writing clear technical specifications, documentation of knowledge, and
effective intra- and inter-group communications
