Blockchain Researcher/Analyst

Everstake is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Blockchain Analyst to join our young and dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain complicated concepts to non-technical users.

The Daily
- Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements
- Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps
- Model business processes and identifies opportunities for process improvements 
- Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions 
- Conduct market, industry, or client research
- Model data and perform analysis on results
- Take notes during important meetings and socialize key takeaways and next steps
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide helpful insights to improve and grow the business
- Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate trade-offs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly


The Essentials 
- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst/ researcher capacity 
- A solid understanding of crypto-economics and blockchain technologies generally
- Solid understanding of key economic indicators
- Ability to multitask, proven emotional stress tolerance
- Strong negotiation and management skills 
- Sharp analytical mind with a killer instinct to identify thematic trends in the market
- An open-minded research approach and genuine intellectual curiosity
- Advanced English Level 
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Previous experience or educational background in economics, finance, or mathematics would be plus
