Angular Ionic Developer (offline)

Angular, Ionic, Google Play and/or Apple App Store

Requirements:

2 years of mobile development
2 years of experience with Angular
2 years of experience with Ionic
3 years of front-end development
Experience in publishing apps to Google Play and/or Apple App Store
CSS/HTML is second nature
Experience using ngrx, rxjs

Would be a plus:
1+ years of experience with iOS or Android software development
An innovative solution that reduces the interaction between police and the public while maintaining public safety goals.

Once the account is created, law enforcement can verify the client's identity and not pull him over for minor traffic violations. Officers can issue warnings and also provide positive feedback for good driving habits.
Notifications are done using the client's cell phone.
Application will allow clients to pay the citation and/or make arrangements with the court online. There is no need to take time off and wait in court for hours at a time.
