Middle/Senior Data Analyst $3500-5500 Offline

Candidates who are currently eligible for legal exit to Europe or are already in Europe are being considered.

The purpose of this position is to use reporting and visualization to find answers to questions that have not yet been asked. The candidate has a passion for finding and making connections that are not always so obvious to others and can lead to significant business impact.

Key tasks:

● Finding new ways to influence the company's Revenue Streams

● End-to-end analysis of business-critical issues, presentation of results, recommendations for increasing revenue and increasing market share

● Seamless data-driven reporting

● Visualization of data and insights for product teams through BI tools

● Create, manage, enhance data visualization dashboards to support business goals

● Building a system for tagging and recommending top content for creating and posting

● Making decisions that affect revenue generation from previously created content and its reuse

● Assessing the impact of decisions made on key project indicators and developing key recommendations based on the results of the assessment

● Leading various ad hoc analytical efforts to uncover key insights and identify business opportunities.

Key requirements:

● Experience as a Data Analyst 3+

● Experience with SQL, Python and relational database systems

● Experience in big data aggregation and visualization (Google DataStudio/Power BI/Tableu, etc.)

● Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting

● English at the level of Intermediate (B1) and above. Russian / Ukrainian must have

● Interest in data, indicators, analysis and trends, application of knowledge about measurements, statistics and program evaluation

● Knowledge of basic statistical concepts

● The desire to discover something new without a ready answer, the active generation of new hypotheses

● Ability to quickly synthesize information and provide clear, concise communication
