Software Engineer (Back End) (offline)
The position is remote but applicants need to be local in Poland π΅π±.
The opportunity:
Our goal is to bolster our in-house tech team by bringing on new talent. We need a fast-moving, highly driven, experienced Software Engineer (Back End).
We are a fresh, dynamic team in a start-up environment where fast iteration and getting working MVPs in front our growing user base is a priority. You need to be motivated by the idea of joining a small but growing team.

Your experience/knowledge:
- A solid track record of back-end development in a serverless/microservices environment, with a strong focus on microservices architectures.
- Experience with CQRS and event-streaming architecture patterns on the asynchronous side
- REST and GraphQL API on the synchronous side
- Good working experience of Node.JS or Python on the back end
- Expertise in at least one strongly typed, compiled language, preferably Rust or Golang
- Experience with data pipelines, asynchronous microservice development and message-oriented middleware for example AWS Kinesis, Kafka, Pulsar.
- Solid experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and noSQL databases (AWS DynamoDB, Mongo, etc) including migrations tooling, schema management and versioning.
- Experience with cybersecurity considerations and defensive programming.
DevOps/SRE skills, including Terraform for AWS, Docker, CI/CD using Gitlab.
