Tech Artist (UE4) Offline

Main responsibilities:

- Create and customize materials for various needs, including mobile devices;

- Create and customize VFX effects;

- Adjust the lighting in the scene, atmospheric / weather effects;

- Model and texture objects of the environment, architecture;

- Optimize content for the requirements of mobile devices;

- Work with Blueprints.

 

Required skills:

- Confident 3ds Max or Maya packages user;

- Knowledge of import/export of FBX, material settings, and collisions;

- Solid skills of working with bitmap graphics software;

- Experience with UE4;

- Understanding of the basic principles of creating artistic and atmospheric effects (magic, shots, water, dust, fog, rain, etc.);

- Texture creation skills;

- Knowledge of the basics of composition and color science;

- Observation and perseverance;

 

Will be an advantage:

- Skills of sculpting and character modeling;

- Knowledge of the basics of working with rig and animation;

- Procedure texturing software knowledge;

- Particle system building skills
