Sales Manager

During this time, we’ve had well-established work processes and an excellent reputation, and have also created about 300 projects. For example custom ERP, CRM, solutions for the medical sphere Wibbi, web application development Exoticsacing, online booking WelcomeSaudi, online marketplace and review platform NoCowboys, official medical educational platform ExchangeCME.

We are looking for a responsible person who will work in a team with a lead generation manager and a project manager to increase the number of clients and work with them in a quality manner.

 

The tasks are as follows:

 

— Interaction with other roles of the sales process lead generation manager and other sales managers, as well as with the technical team and project managers;
— Negotiations with customers and closing deals.
— Flexibility and interchangeability with other roles if necessary for optimal functioning of processes.
— Preliminary assessment of the cost of projects for potential customers.

 

Our requirements:

 

— ability to take responsibility for your work and good communication skills.
— good spoken and written English (Upper Intermediate and above);
— experience in working on Upwork;
— knowledge and practice of complex B2B sales methodologies;
— knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle;
— understanding of LAMP web development technologies;
— experience in working in an IT outsourcing company (sales, management, etc.);
