Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of talented backend engineers while defining the team’s development standards and metrics.

- Work closely with our product team and translate product and business requirements into tools and solutions while focusing on developer experience.

- Lead the platform design and ure.

- Lead the implementation of core features such as modules, data pipelines, and services.

Requirements:

- Experience with ices implementation, including APIs.

- 5+ years of backend programming experience in a ices ure in a cloud environment

- 2+ years of programming experience in .js or equivalent.

- 2+ years in an R&D management position.

- Experience writing high-quality, testable, and reusable code under a source control environment.

- Understanding of DevOps processes.

- Experience working with Databases.

- B.Sc. degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent experience.

- Experience in cloud environments (preferable AWS).

- Ability to design, research, and implement large and complex ures.

- Deep understanding of best practices in scalable server-side ure.

- Self-starter and can learn new technology and tools quickly.
