Responsibilities:

- Hire, mentor and challenge a team of QA engineers;

- Own the quality of the content tested by your team;

- Build a culture of quality in your team;

- Collaborate and plan activities with different teams in different sites;

- Provide clear visibility on the projects you are responsible for;

- Drive for continuous improvement of your team and our processes.

Requirements:

- Experience as a QA Leader (3+ QA Engineers);

- Hands-on QA experience;

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills;

- Experience with high scale, fast-paced product company;

- Proficiency in verbal and written English;

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
