IT Business Analyst/ Project manager (Middle+/Senior) to $3500 Offline

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Middle or higher level) to join our team and support the delivery of high-impact digital products. You will work closely with clients and product teams to analyze business needs, define product requirements, and track success metrics.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in healthcare, fintech, or education domains, is comfortable with product analytics, and actively uses AI-powered tools to enhance analysis and documentation workflows. Experience with presales and/or project management is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable documentation (user stories, wireframes, process flows)
• Work with product teams to define and track product KPIs and success metrics
• Contribute to discovery phases, including presale support and technical scoping for new projects
• Create structured documentation in Confluence, Jira, Miro, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between business and tech
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Power BI, Excel plugins) to improve data analysis and documentation processes
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
• Experience working with healthcare, fintech, or edtech products
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, product-market fit, and data-driven development
• Knowledge of product analytics, including metrics like activation, retention, churn, CLTV, etc.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and visualization tools like Miro, Lucidchart
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools in daily BA workflows
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2) — both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Nice to Have:

• Involvement in presale processes, RFPs, and early client engagement
• Experience managing or coordinating delivery as a Project Manager
• Exposure to SaaS, marketplace platforms, or mobile-first products.
