Python Engineer (offline) $1000-3000

This role involves the following requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Python 3.x language;
- Django Rest Framework or Flask analog. Alternatively, GraphQL;
- Comfort with AWS/Ubuntu/RDS;
- PostgreSQL or MySQL;
- Celery with RabbitMQ;
- Understanding of API design; RESTful API
- Git and Webpack (basic experience);
- More than one year of commercial experience;
- Experience with React.js will be a huge bonus;

Non-technical Qualification and Skills:
- Excellent read & write capabilities and reasonable spoken English;
- Understanding of Scrum framework and roles in a team;
- Ability and desire to learn things fast;
