Regular/Senior Python Data Engineer (offline)

Project Description
Team is responsible for the building the group of services, which will inject data from upstream systems into Nordstrom Analytical Platform, transform and store, mostly responsible for anomaly detection mechanism.
The goal of the project is to speed up delivery of all data, enabling fresher data and quicker action.
This is an opportunity to work in a collaboration with a new company, which was acquired by client.

Responsibilities
- New features implement
- MR review for other team members
- Strive to engineering excellence in every aspect
- bugfix of existing features
- refactor code of existing system

Skills
Must have

- 2+ years of commercial expertise
- AWS (S3, EC2, IAM, DynamoDB)
- Python (Experience using Python outside of web-development)
- Java 8+
- expertise with CI/CD tools (preferably GitLab)
- Apache Kafka or other messaging tool
- RDBMS or DWH expertise
