What We Are Looking For

• 6 months of QA experience (preferably in the fintech filed)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer science, Engineering, or related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Intermediate+)

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Knowledge of Jira, Zephyr, Xray

• Experience with SQL Queries

• Good understanding of the phases of SDLC

• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall software delivery methodologies

• Experience with various phases of test lifecycle (test case/checklists development, test execution, defect tracking)

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail

Role Overview

• You will be working within a dynamic team of quality assurance engineers, collaborating with product managers, business analysis and application developers

• You will assure quality and stability of Adenza software solutions by understanding business and functional requirements and designing test cases to ensure correctness of implementation and capture defects within the solution without supervision

• You will be responsible for medium complexity tasks based on the regulatory, design and testing guidelines where you are expected to exercise a good judgement in determining appropriate actions without supervision.

• You will create and execute functional and regression test cases, test correctness of implementation of regulatory changes, bugs, and enhancements as part of regular releases as well as when delivering client hotfixes without supervision

• After initial tests are complete, you will test functionality and performance on different platforms (Sybase, MSSQL, etc.) based on projects demands determined by PM

• You will be documenting test scenarios and test results

• You will create, update, and maintain relevant test data
