Project Manager (offline)

Skills 

- Intermediate English level and above; (communication, writing) 
- 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or system administrator /web-developer/QA as a plus  
- Good communication skills in general 
- Result oriented and self-motivated 
- Ability to compose project plans, estimates  

As a Plus 

- Experience in a Web Development Company / Product Company 
- Confident analytically and commercially astute 
- Experience with Scrum / Kanban 
- Multitasking experience, tools research skills. 
- Experience in Jira, Confluence 

Main Responsibilities 

- Аnalyzing requirements, agreeing on deadlines, managing customer expectations 
- Planning, work with sprints, coordination, and control of work progress 
- Manage risk and issues, and create action mitigation plans 
- Participation in the development of an optimization strategy from idea to execution, reporting and analysis. 
- Work tightly with and in collaboration with Development, Design, Product Managers, Owners and Marketing to ensure services are not siloed 
- Provide project status reporting 
- Manage project quality and standards 
- You will have projects, several development teams, each of which works on projects from a certain area. 
- Work with the company's processes, including analysis, proposals for improvement, implementation of improvements, trainings, etc.
