Marketing Manager (offline)

We develop the product for the global market with a clear marketing strategy and considerable room for improvement based on our users’ feedback (more than five thousand companies and up to 10k unique users per month ⇒ more than five thousand businesses).
We want to build an ecosystem of services like Google, but in the cryptocurrency field.
Now we're in the process of preparation for Round A. Lots of challenges are coming for our marketing team. Join us!

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience;
• B2+ English level (written and spoken);
• Experience of SEO and PPC, content and email marketing;
• Deep understanding of communication efficiency and funnel principles;
• Hands-on in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels, visitor IDs;
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, scheduling and prioritizing;
• BA degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related fields.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain user personas and ICPs, develop a product positioning strategy;
• Create value propositions, stories and messages that resonate with the target audiences, test hypotheses;
• Create marketing materials, portfolios, presentations, etc.;
• Launch multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new users;
• Participation in the employer brand strategy development.
