What to Expect
Focus on infrastructure and back-end engineering, integrations with banks and financial services (our business customers)
Contribute to definition of overall architecture and implementation of our decentralized identity stack so that it is scalable, resilient, and secure.
Contribute to open source and open API projects that support the newest financial and regulatory policies
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complicated problems, and doesn’t shy away from what sometimes may feel daunting. You will collaborate with our founder, designers, engineers, interns, and external partners.
Things about you that excite us
- 5+ years of DevOps practice with a track record of building and delivering mission-critical, 24x7 production software systems
- Proficiency with K8S, Helm, Terraform
- Proficiency at managing applications in AWS and familiarity with all of their core, compute, networking, storage, security, compliance, serverless, and analytics offerings including AWS VPC networking, and IAM roles, etc.
- Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD
- Proficiency with ELK stack
- Knowledge of various monitoring tools
- Proven experience with modern microservices and cloud-based architectures
- Experience with NodeJS
- A love of autonomy, critical thinking, and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Exceptional programming skills and knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability
- Bias toward collaboration, inclusivity, kindness, and humility.
- Hands on familiarity with - or deep interest in decentralized identity technology, blockchain, and self-sovereign identity (SSI) solutions
- Know Your Customer (KYC) or Identity Verification (IDV) industry knowledge/experience is nice-to-have
