Influencer Marketing Manager to $1200

Hey! We are Solus Agency (Part of Solus Group), and now we looking for influence marketing manager.

Here you won’t be “just another manager”.
You’ll work with top-tier Web3 brands, build real influence systems, and grow alongside people who care about quality, speed, and impact.

What we expect from you:

• 1+ year of experience in influence marketing in web3 sphere
• Understanding how promotion algorithms work across platforms
  (YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, Telegram, WeChat — at least some of them)
• Strong communication skills — including with difficult or “special” influencers
• Experience with influencer search frameworks and outreach
• Confident use of Google Sheets
• Experience with outreach tools (Snovio, Lemlist, or similar)
• English level B2+ (written & spoken)
• Desire to grow into a managerial role over time

What additional qualities can come in useful?

• Strong network in the blockchain sphere (connections with VC, projects, KOLs, etc.)
• Connections with other high-quality agencies, freelancers and other counterparties that could act as a contractor

What you’ll actually do:

• Take part in brainstorming sessions and influence strategy discussions
• Build and maintain direct communication with influencers
• Grow and manage a long-term base of KOLs
• Search, vet, and onboard new influencers for different Web3 projects
• Launch and manage media plans
• Write clear briefs for integrations
• Prepare reports, track performance, and analyze results

In short: you’ll own influence execution from idea to report.
