Strong Junior Node.js Developer Offline

We are looking for Strong Junior Javascript Developer to join our team.

Our company is an Edu-Tech startup with distributed team in the USA and Ukraine.

We are looking for developers that feel comfortable working in Agile process. The candidate must possess a technical aptitude and effective, respectful communication and interaction skills; must be a quick learner and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time. The candidate must be flexible and results oriented as we as be able to work in a changing and fast paced environment.

Requirements:

- Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English

- Good team player with strong communication skills

- At least 1-3 years of programming experience

- Good programming skills in JavaScript

- Node JS, Express

- Rest API

- Database development skills - SQL / NoSQL experience (PostgreSQL, Mongo DB)

- Unit Testing tools such as Jest

Will be a plus:

- Typescript

- GraphQL

- Monorepo approach

- Experience with microservices development

- Understanding of working on and/or with cloud and open source technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
