Team Leader (Front-end) Offline

Tech Stack: Javascript, HTML5, CSS, familiarity with FE technologies and frameworks (Angular/React/Vue, Grunt/Gulp/Webpack), microservices.

Work experience:

- 5-7 years.

Type of employment:

- Full-time, Remote.

Responsibilities:

● Growing and developing a team of talented and motivated engineers.

● Take full ownership of projects from design to implementation and deployment.

● Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.

● Leading and mentoring developers at all levels.

Requirements:

● At least 5 years experience in Javascript, HTML5, CSS, familiarity with FE technologies and frameworks (Angular/React/Vue, Grunt/Gulp/Webpack).

● Experience in leading design and architecture-related activities.

● Experience with leading a major domain.

● Fast learner, organized, and committed to the highest code quality.

Would be a plus:

● Experience in hiring and growing engineers.

● Great attitude towards work and people.
