Front End (React.js) Developer Offline

Responsibilities:

- Creation of new React components for the edx/paragon library

- Work on documents for new and updated components

- Code review

- Participation in the library working groups

- Take part in the library evolution decisions

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience designing and developing web applications.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and React.

- Familiar with the NodeJS ecosystem and npm package management.

- Knowledge of technologies and principles: JS core, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS/SCSS, Bootstrap, React, REST API, Architecture patterns, SOLID, Docker

- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Will be a plus:

- Knowledge of server programming languages (Python)

- Familiar with npm edx/paragon package

- Enzyme

- Open edX

- Knowledge of technologies: Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD setup experience
