Business Analyst - Platform and WEB development

Required skills:

- Experience working as a business analyst in an IT company

- Experience writing functional and non-functional requirements

- Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques

- Understanding of software development lifecycle

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Experience using Photoshop/draw.io/Axure or other graphic editors

- Scrum and/or Kanban experience

- Knowledge and expertise in E-commerce domain is a plus

- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus

- Project management experience is desired

- Advanced English is a must

Responsibilities:

- Decompose requirements info epics, user stories, technical tasks and document them

- Create UI mockups

- Maintain knowledge base

- Manage backlog

- Effectively communicate with major stakeholders

- Conduct demo meetings

- Manage change requests

- Support the team with trainings on using new functionality
