Customer Care Specialist

A Consumer Care Specialist will act as a liaison, provide app/product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our consumer might face with accuracy and efficiency. Consumer Care Specialist will assist consumers with issues when using the our Surveys app and validate consumer survey responses using internal data scrubbing software.

Responsibilities:

• Identify consumer needs and respond to consumer queries quickly and accurately via Zendesk or phone.
• Analyze and report SOTG app’s or surveys malfunctions immediately to team/management.
• Provide consumers with accurate, valid, and complete information using the right CCU’s policies/methods/tools.
• Monitor consumer complaints on social media (i.e., Facebook page) and reach out to assist.
• Meet personal/CCU's SLAs and targets.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Gather consumer feedback and share it with the management.
• Assist in training junior Consumer Care Specialists.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking;
• Passionate about delivering a great experience to customers;
• Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email;
• Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and co-workers;
• Highly organized and able to maintain customer data and schedules;
• Strong knowledge and experience using Chrome and social media.
• Working schedule Saturday to Wednesday from 16:00 to 01:00 Kyiv time
