IT Project Manager (offline)

Being overwhelmed by new tasks from new large clients, we have attracted a pack of perfectly skilled developers, QA and testers. But now we need to find a suitable person to manage all these folks! Hence, we are happy to give a call for a talented and skilled Software Development Project Manager.

The projects you may be managing if hired will be of a various type and nature, from SPAs (single page application) to sophisticated large-scale CRM and ERP platforms. You will be managing the designer, developer and tester teams and ensure proper interaction between them and coordination of their activities.

Expected tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage the software development process on the project
- Prioritize project tasks, distribution of the tasks among the team members, and monitoring of project progress
- Perform change management
- Perform risk management
- Manage project resources
- Review and check team time reports to ensure they are maintained according to company guidelines
- Provide status updates on the project progress all stakeholders
- Work with team: motivate, maintain team’s morale, resolve conflicts
- Initiate and approve required project-specific trainings for the project team members and other tasks
- Work with top management: constantly develop and improve project processes

Primary requirements:
- At least 2-year experience in software project management
- Proven previous web development experience
- Solid Scrum and Waterfall expertise
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English to cope with written and oral communication with international clients
- Leadership and people management skills
- Strong organizational skills

Additional requirements:
- Proven experience in developing mobile and CRM software
- Solid knowledge of the popular software development frameworks
- Passion for learning new technologies and self-education;
- Experience in the project pre-sale / GoLive procedures
