Senior QA/AQA Lead (offline)

🚀 About the Project
Lead QA/AQA engineer will be involved in various projects for kickoff/development/consulting and will lead QA Stream in the company.

🐝 Job Responsibilities
- Long-term involvement on the project with the role of QA / AQA lead
- Short-term involvement on the projects with the role of QA / AQA lead to setup or review QA/AQA processes on demand
- Working with all aspects of full-cycle of QA/AQA
- Development of QA/AQA competency in the company:
- Interviewing QA/AQA engineers
- Improving QA/AQA interview processes
- Managing promotions of QA/AQA engineers in the company
- Improving QA/AQA promotions process
- Mentoring and support of QA/AQA engineers
- Leading and participating in QA/AQA community events in the company
- Involvement into Presales/Discovery phases for new projects, representing - - QA / AQA expertise of the company
- Effective cooperation with CTO and other Competence Managers (Backend, Frontend, UX/UI)

💻 Minimum of Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software testing
- Experience in Reviewing manual/automation tests & providing optimal test coverage
- Experience and understanding of Test Management process
- Automation testing experience using Java, JavaScript or the other programming languages
- Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks like Selenium + BDD, Cucumber, Mocha, Cypress, Protractor, Jasmine etc
- Mobile frontend testing experience is a plus
- Experience with API (rest/soap) testing frameworks like Rest Assured, Mocha / Chai / Chai HTTP
- Non-functional requirements testing – performance, usability, accessibility, security basics, and other
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills
