Business Analyst Offline

What to do:

— Analytics. Detailing and optimization of business processes in the studio.

— Writing technical documentation. Development of procedures, regulations for interaction with clients and partners. Clearly and concisely formulate tasks and write documentation.

— Risk analysis. Participate in the discussion of projects, make lists of possible scenarios. It is reasoned to convey your point of view.

— Maintain working materials: protocols, risks, open questions, keep all data in archives.

— Be on time. Promptly give feedback and be available to other team members.

— Work in multitasking mode. Be able to combine work and communicate with the team on several products with changing priorities. Inform participants about the rules, events, plans.

Expected experience:

— English (upper-intermediate or higher);

— You have experience of 1 year or more;

— It is important for us that you know how to independently solve the tasks assigned to you;

— Experience in describing business processes and regulations, or client service design, or UX design, or in project management is very important for us;

— Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as experience with programs: (Jira, Notion, Whimsical, Figma);

— Ability to go into details and make decisions at your own level - are important on a daily basis;

— Independence and initiative. We do not want to tell you what to do :) We expect that you will be the first to tell us. We are waiting for you together with your proactivity and determination
