Senior Golang Developer Offline

We are a technology enabled premium on site service provider for household services operating in Germany with a strong focus on growth.

As a Software Engineer, you will have a tremendous impact on the success and further development of our tech product. Your full-stack skills across the full software development life cycle will help us to deliver an outstanding customer experience to our customers.

Your Tasks:

— Designing and developing backend services for our system using Go (Golang) and other modern technologies

— Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code

— Contribute to our DevOps environment using Docker and cloud based technologies on AWS

— You’ll be fully responsible for what you are doing, ensuring product quality, understanding that the product is what you deliver, not the code

Qualifications:

— 5+ years of software experience

— Strong experience in Golang mandatory

— Experience using MariaDB, MongoDB and Redis would be preferred

— ReactJS knowledge would be a plus

— Excellent understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture along with web services and related standards like RESTful APIs, JSON documents, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

— Strong understanding of cloud infrastructures. Preferably a strong knowledge of Docker and AWS is welcome

— Experience using terraform would be a plus

— Fluent English, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

— Knowledge of agile process and principles
