Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer (Lead in perspective) (offline)

This person in perspective is going to lead Product Design (UI/UX) Competency within Binariks.
He/she is also going to be the part of Solution team kickoffing Discovery Phases and Leading/Monitoring (while other designers are doing the actual staff) the existing projects on a matter of following best practices


Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of professional experience with mature clients (ISV, Enterprise)
- Experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Miro, Invision, Marvel and Figma
- Experience in direct communication with clients, ability to design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Time management skills, work organization and detail orientation
- Know how: product design vision, workshops, roadmaps etc.
- Developed emotional intelligence and team playing
- Healthcare experience would be a huge plus

Skills and Special Knowledge:

- Upper-intermediate English (read/write/speak) for daily communication with the customers
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM and iterative development lifecycles
- Comfortable researching and adopting new technologies
