Junior DevOps Engineer (offline)

What do we need?

— good knowledge of Linux systems
— familiar with Python (Django is a plus)
— AWS cloud management experience
— experience with Application and Web Servers (Gunicorn/uWSGI, Nginx/Apache)
— experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools (GitLab)
— experience with Terraform, Ansible
— development tools and platforms (Docker, docker-compose)
— networking experience (routing, load balancing)
— version control system (git)
— understanding virtualization technologies
— experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/Redis)
— experience with monitoring systems and services (Prometheus, CloudWatch)
— high level responsibility
— teamwork skills
— English (intermediate)

Bonus skills:

— web development experience
— good understanding network and security principles
— Scaling/Autoscaling and Disaster recovery principles

What should you do?

— deployment process
— technical support of projects (CI/CD, configuration management (servers and services), architecture planning, troubleshooting etc)
— communication with customers
— maintenance of AWS infrastructure
— internal office tasks (network, hardware maintenance)
