React Developer (offline) $3000-4000

Requirements:
— At least 2 years in front-end development
— Must have experience with React, CSS, Typescript, Bootstrap
— Desired experience: Django, Python, AWS
— Conversational level of English (Written and Spoken)

Responsibilities:
— Working with the small american-based startup team from New York
— Upgrading the dashboard to support mobile rendering (using bootstrap for responsive design)
— Updating certain dashboard modules to newer designs that have been provided by a designer
— Adding tooltips to improve the new user experience
— Developing general new product functionality
— Working with the following project Stack: React, CSS, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Django

Will be a plus:
— Working with projects, which are supported by web and mobile devices
— Experience of working in English-speaking team

About the project:
The team creates a product (this is a web and mobile platform) aimed at helping patients to have the necessary information about cancer and to control their personalized treatment. More specifically, this includes referring patients to a personalized set of medical resources (e.g., treatment options, educational materials, specialists, communities) and creating tools to help patients manage their medications and symptoms.

To personalize all of the above for the patient, the team is leveraging EHR interoperability, a new and evolving paradigm in healthcare where patients can connect their medical data via APIs to third-party applications.

In the long term, the team hopes that the project can
1) provide more active and effective cancer treatment
2) accelerate clinical research by collecting real data to inform researchers and professionals about the effectiveness of their treatment.
