Senior QA Engineer (Dubai) (offline) $4000-7000

Responsibility:
- Creating, maintaining, and executing comprehensive test plans for new features
- Performing manual regression, integration, and acceptance testing on both an ad-hoc and scheduled basis
- Performing exploratory, unstructured testing as time allows
- Working closely with the engineering team to expand automated testing
- Providing valuable UX feedback to the product organization on features in the development
- Report software defects with clear information, ensure defects are tracked and prioritized
- Reproducing and troubleshooting customer issues
- Escalating top issues
- Collaborating with QA Engineers to identify and suggest test plans as well as process improvements across the entire development organization
- Effectively communicating across multiple time zones and locations to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Mentor more junior members of the QA organization on QA and SDLC best practices
- Work closely with product management & development to review requirement and specification
- Write Autotests for API in Jmeter
- Execute Performance tests via Jmeter
- Execute Basic security testing
- Learn new tools and technologies


Qualifications։

Must-to-have:
- 4+ years experience in the Software Quality Assurance field
- Strong experience in manual testing
- Strong experience in session-based & risk-based testing
- Blockchain experience in testing
- Experience in requirements analysis, effort estimation, and task scheduling
- Strong Experience with Jira, Confluence
- Strong Experience with Postman, HTTP master, Jmeter, Charles, Browser Developer Tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering practices
- Special attention to software quality and usability
- Good skills in decision making and problem-solving
- A strong mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Working knowledge of issue tracking and test management software (e.g. Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, etc.)
- Experience with REST API testing
- Experience with buying and selling on a user-driven marketplace
- Experience with Bitbucket or other source control tools and a good understanding of Version control, merging, branching
- Experience with Android, iOS, or Web testing
- Ability to document and troubleshoot issues
- Passion for improving user experience
- Experience in performance testing, security testing, and internationalization testing
- Software development experience in a CI/CD (Docker / pipelines)
- Experience in quality analysis
- Experience in notifications and reports: Slack; ReportPortal; Grafana;

Nice-to-have:

- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing
- Experience with Selenium Java / Python /JavaScript for Front-End Automation
- Experience in Java / Python for Beak-End Automation (testing APIs and writing integration tests)
- Experience with Testrail, Testlink, Allure, ReportPortal, or similar tools
- Experience with AWS, GIT, VPN, Sentry, ELK Stack
- Experience with reading and creating UML diagrams
- Experience with Blockchain, FinancialServices, Banking Domains
- ISTQB Certifications
- Experience with solidity test contracts
- Experience with automated tests for Truffle/Ganache and smart contracts without a framework
- Understanding of how crypto transactions are processing in the network
- Understanding of how many pools exist in the ETH network
- Understanding of how payments system are sending and signing transactions
- Experience with security audits & monitoring
- Experience with forks and replay attacks
- Understanding Solid OS/networking fundamentals and industry-standard network architecture
