Business Analyst (offline)

Our main areas of interest and expertise are automotive industry, smart home and smart city projects. We are focused on a specific set of emerging IoT and IoE technologies, including embedded development, backend development, DevOps, Big Data and ML projects, mobile applications development, software and hardware QA. And now we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Kiev.

Business Analyst will be tasked with gathering and managing requirements, specifications, priorities, etc to build the software product that will 100% correspond to the client’s demands and expectations.

Requirements

— Proficient in written and spoken English (min Upper-Intermediate level);

— Basic knowledge of technical and engineering fields;

— Advanced soft skills including communication, problem-solving, analytical, systems thinking and functional decomposition skills, self-organization and attention to detail, time-management;

— Capable to find a common language with customers;

— Experience gathering project requirements (personal sessions, scoping calls, analyzing documentation from the customer, etc.).

Will be a plus

— Experience working as a Business Analyst in the tech industry;

— Experience with Jira, Confluence and other management tools;

— Experience in drawing UML, Flow diagrams.
